Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys prepares to go to war against the new government being formed in Somalia
Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys who is one of the top leaders of the movement of Al Shabaab has for the first time talked about the new election and the politics of Somalia at present. Hassan Dahir Aweys has stated that the election taking place does not concern Al Shabaab and that they will never support it. He stated that the Transitional Government of Somalia are puppets, who are being controled and who answer to the UN representative Augustine Mahiga, he selects those in power and gets rid of anyone that gets in his way. Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys told the people of Somalia not to support this new government that is being established in Somalia and to prepare to go to war against it. Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys also stated to the fighters of Al Shabaab to persevere and to be strong until they are victorious and to continue the fight against the Transitional Government and their supporters. Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys stated that the war will continue until the country is governed by the Islamic Sharia and that the country is free from occupation.
