Europe is creating yet another new counter-terrorism center because the former center failed to prevent ‪#‎Parisattack‬.

The focus of the new European Counter Terrorism Centre (ECTC) is the disproportionalfocus on circa "5000 Europeans radicalized who gained military experience in conflicts in Syria and Iraq, many of whom are returnees residing in our societies and now constitute an urgent threat to our citizens and our way of life!" Europol director Rob Wainwright warned.
