Allah says:
They will wish to get out of the Fire, but never are they to emerge therefrom, and for them is an enduring punishment.
Many
journalists, analysts, politicians are claiming IS(IS) or Islamic State is un-Islamic.
So let us compare legal sources of Islam, Qur’an, hadith which are deeds and
sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) and the
consensus of the pious predecessors. Since the Qur’an is the word of Allah, the
vast majority of Muslims obey by His verses/rules. So IS wants a Caliphate
under Sharuu’Illah (Sharia) and not man made laws like in a democracy.
The
Khalifah is led by a Khalif also means "successor". The Shura
appointed Khalif Ibrahim based upon suras and hadiths. The basis of the Caliphate
is to be firm according to Qur'an and the tradition of the Prophet under a
strict and pure interpretation and application of Allah’s laws.
The Khalif is waging a defensive Jihad for the moment against the Safavid government of Baghdad, the
Alawi government of Damas and all their allies (Sahwat) and an offensive Jihad against Peshmerga.
Jihad is yet another concept that is 100% Islamic. The word ‘Jihad’ is mentioned
97 times in the Qur’an. Some scholars claim the defensive Jihad is less
important than the inner struggle against evil or Jihad al-Nifs. But this is
not true based upon the Quran verse 4:95…
Allah says:
٩٥ لَّا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْقَٰعِدُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ غَيْرُ أُو۟لِى ٱلضَّرَرِ وَٱلْمُجَٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۚ فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُجَٰهِدِينَ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ عَلَى ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ دَرَجَةً ۚ وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَفَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُجَٰهِدِينَ عَلَى ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
Not equal are
those believers remaining [at home] - other than the disabled - and the
mujahideen, [who strive and fight] in the cause of Allah with their wealth and
their lives. Allah has preferred the mujahideen through their wealth and their
lives over those who remain [behind], by degrees. And to both Allah has
promised the best [reward]. But Allah has preferred the mujahideen over those
who remain [behind] with a great reward. (
Some
hypocrites who call themselves “Muslims” but don’t pray 5 times a day or work
with the police, army or Tawaghiet claim Islamic State (IS) is applying methods
which are not based on the Qur’an. They say beheadings are not part of Islam
and those who commit these ‘attrocities’ are not Muslims. They excommunicate
Muslims by making Takfir on Muslim fighters.
We call them the real Khawarij of
our times. A dangerous, extremist sect. You can recognize them sometimes since
they shave their beards and hair.
But did you know that beheading is 100% consistent with the sacred
teachings of the holy book of Qur’an? Beheadings is a ‘tradition’ in
early Islam, the Prophet (peace and blessings upon him) ordered himself to
behead Jewish men of the Beni Qoraish tribe. IS executes enemies in this manner
too and follow his example. Based on the Qur’an verse 47:4.
Allah says:
٤ فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَضَرْبَ ٱلرِّقَابِ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَثْخَنتُمُوهُمْ فَشُدُّوا۟ ٱلْوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنًّۢا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَآءً حَتَّىٰ تَضَعَ ٱلْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَوْ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ لَٱنتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَٰكِن لِّيَبْلُوَا۟ بَعْضَكُم بِبَعْضٍ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَلَن يُضِلَّ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ
So when you
meet those who disbelieve [in battle], strike [their] necks until, when you
have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either
[confer] favor afterwards or ransom [them] until the war lays down its burdens.
That [is the command]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken vengeance
upon them [Himself], but [He ordered armed struggle] to test some of you by
means of others. And those who are killed in the cause of Allah - never will He
waste their deeds. (
Some claim
the crucifixions have nothing to do with Islam either. This is wrong too. Allah
says in verse 5:33.
Allay says:
٣٣ إِنَّمَا جَزَٰٓؤُا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُوٓا۟ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوٓا۟ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلَٰفٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْا۟ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْىٌ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
Indeed, the
penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon
earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or
that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled
from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the
Hereafter is a great punishment. (
They claim jizya
(2%) is not part of Islam which is the special tax on non-Muslims. The term Dhimmitude is derived from Dhimmi, which means a non-Muslim living in an Islamic
country. Of course they must have
a salary. But it’s imposed by the Islamic State too. Except for women, children and
eldery or disables Dhimmis. They are all excempted. Jizya is only for Christians, Jews and
Zoroastrians not for Yazidi’s. Yazidi’s have the choice to revert or to flee.
This is firmly rooted in hadith too.
Narrated Anas ibn Malik ; Uthman ibn AbuSulayman: The Prophet
(peace be upon him) sent Khalid ibn al-Walid to Ukaydir of Dumah. He was seized
and they brought him to him (i.e. the Prophet). He spared his life and made
peace with him on condition that he should pay jizyah (poll-tax).( Abu Dawud 19:3031)
Jizya is
taken from the men of the people of dhimma status provided that they are both
free and adult. It is not taken from their women, their children, or their
slaves.
[Ibn Rushd defines it thus: what is taken from the people of disbelief
in repayment for their security and sparing their lives while they remain
unbelievers. It is derived from jaza'(repayment) which is exchange, because they receive
security in exchange for the money they pay. We offer them security and they
offer money. It is not taken from three categories: women, children and slaves
because Allah Almighty has obliged it on those who can fight, and generally

Funny how Westerners are calling bloody murder when it comes to Jizya but pay themselves more than 50% taxes to the Democratic State.
To
recapitulate: The Caliphate is the Islamic theocracy par excellence, even the
King of Al-Saud has to make baya’ now.
Conclusion:
IS(IS) is not only Muslim, it’s 100% Islamic. To call it a terrorist
organization is wrong. They didn’t booby trapped Mosul Dam creating a
30-metre-high wall of water killing citizens in Mosul or a 5-metre-high Tsunami
killing citizens in Baghdad. It's a state with an army now, even US generals confirm this statement.

The Qur’an is
full of compassion and peace, even with specific rules of law of war and all IS(IS)
fighters have to obey it, even on the ‘social media’. That’s why I urge Caliph
Ibrahim to punish those who transgres on Twitter or Facebook. Because they
claim to be ambassadors but some are full of contradictions and statements they invented.
They can only use Quran and hadith in hand loudly claiming they are IS(IS).
Nobody is perfect. In fact, you would be able to deduce that they are not
always the perfect Muslims. Satan can overpower each of us. Look what happened
to @Iliass_Azaouaj, he made Tawbah and became a Murtad again. But we cannot
deny their lives are much more in practice to that of the Prophet (peace and
blessings upon him) than the aim of every Muslim living in the West. Many Arab men
smoke drugs, drink beer, spend time with prostitutes, pray sometimes in the mosque when it’s Ramadan because
the neighbors are watching. When they reach 35, they suddenly want to marry a "virgin".
They call
themselves ‘moderate’ Muslims but know in their hearts, they are hypocrites who
admire the fundamentalist Islamists fighting in the Islamic State. They would
love to imitate their life. That’s why these moderates live in denial and these
most extreme among them make Takfir on Islamic State's fighters, which is called,
to label other Muslims as infidels. And strangely enough, that is exactly what they blame IS(IS) for, but they do it (mostly) based on the clear cut actions of people (kufr al bawah).
Why
non-Muslims are claiming that "IS(IS) is not Islamic" is a form of
political ‘divide and conquer’ strategy, I presume.
