Are SHIA KUFFAR???



 
Allah ta'ala declares:

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعاً لَّسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ

Inna allatheena farraqoo deenahum wakanoo shiya’an lasta minhum fee shay-in innama amruhum ila Allahi thumma yunabbi-ohum bima kanoo yaf’aloona

 
As for those who divide their religion and break up into shias (sects), you have no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.

Ceux qui émiettent leur religion et se divisent en sectes, de ceux-là tu n'es responsable en rien : leur sort ne dépend que d'Allah. Puis Il les informera de ce qu'ils faisaient.
(Quran, 6:159)
