Hama province: The ongoing siege of rebel-controlled areas by Assad's forces, which has prevented food and medical supplies from getting into these areas, along with the destruction of hospitals and clinics by the regime and its shutting off of water supplies, has led to outbreaks of illness among internally displaced children from Kafr Nabouda, with similar severe health problems being seen across the country.
