Allay says:
وَمَا لَكُمْ لاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ
وَالنِّسَاء وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ
الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَ
And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?" (Sourate An-Nisa' aya 74Sahih International)
Et qu'avez vous à ne pas combattre dans le sentier
d'Allah, et pour la cause des faibles : hommes, femmes et enfants qui
disent : 'Seigneur ! Fais-nous sortir de cette cité dont les gens sont
injustes, et assigne-nous de Ta part un allié, et assigne-nous de Ta
part un secoureur'.

Allah says:

And indeed this, your Ummah , is one Ummah , and I am your Lord, so fear Me." (sourate Al-Mu'minun aya 52 - translated by Sahih International)
