President Vladimir 'Top genocidiaire' Putin is due to attend the forthcoming Russia-EU summit meeting in Brussels on 20 - 21 December 2012

The European delegation will be led by the European Council Taghoet, Herman Van Rompuy, and the European Commission President, Jose Manuel Barroso.

This Taghoet is wanted by the Islamic center for Research and Security Studies.  

This is a top priority level 5.

This Taghoet is and was responsible for the worst atrocities against women, children, babies and eldery in the Islamic Emirate of Caucasus and in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan when he became PM in 1999. More then 1 million Muslims are/were slaughtered by FSB-style gangs and army soldiers in Chechnya (and all over the world like in Libya and Shams). Two million people died in Afghanistan.Massive executions, tortures, ritual slaughters (--> à la Mélissa Russo) and violence of peaceful inhabitants are traces of Putin's KGB.
