All praises our due to Allaah Lord of all the worlds, The King, The Clear Truth, The Provider, The Bestower The One Who Provides for whom He Wills from amongst His Slaves. And wills as He pleases and whenever He wants and wherever he wants..
And we send our prayers and our Salaams on the Seal of all the Messengers, Imaam of the Mujahideen Muhammad and on his family, companions and followers till the Day of Judgment. As to what follows... / /
Allaah the Most-High chooses from amongst His Servants who He Wills to move them up to al-'Uliyaa (High Levels in Janna) and writes for them to be from the Shuhadaa' (Martyrs). And the Convoy of Martyrs is still on the rail of Jihaad, sacrifice and redemption. Lifting up every day by the Permission of Allaah to Him Subhanahu wa ta 'ala. Today, we stand with one of them - we think that of him and we do not not commend anyone above Allaah.
The Shaikh of the Forums and their ideas, the reforming trustworthy advisory, twilight with a merciful heart. And how can he not be so? When he had earned the hearts of everyone with his love and compassion, character of benevolence, his eminence, his constant quest for reform and spreading Good Words. Amrun Bil Ma'ruf wa Nahyan an Munkar (Enjoining the Good an forbidding the Evil) without hurting anyone. Tirelessly and relentlessly presenting advice.

Jamaal Yaafee ... #Abu Nazih "Muhibb Ru'yat Al-Rahmaan" which means the one who is "Loves to see Al-Rahmaan".
Who happily dismounted from the back of his horse as a Shaheed, advancing forward and not turning his back. Patiently calculated, hoping to meet his Creator while He S.W.T is Pleased with him. After his heart was literally broke, longing and eager to see His Majestic Gaze.
He got Shahaadah (Martyrdom) -may Allaah the Most-High accept him- whilst beating the Nusayriyeen (Shiias) in the battle that recently took place between ''Jabal Mohsen'' Mount Mohsen (a Shi'ah area) and Bab At-Tabbaanah (a Sunni area) in the Lebanese city of Tripoli on the morning of Sunday, 8/12/2012. After a bullet shot from a spiteful sniper hit his head, he fell into the hands of his brothers covered in blood, his soul submitting to his Lord in silence and tranquility.
Narrated to us by one of the trustworthy Narrators from his pupils close to him, who told us:
We were in the affected area adjacent to a stronghold of the Nusayri Dogs of Jabal Muhsin (Shi'ah area). I was sitting behind the area Dashma just overlooking their streets in order to snipe. And he jokingly said to me "How mean you are! You came to arch alone". So I said to him Yaa Shaykh, your the Parent come here. So then I took the snipers of me and sat aside. And it was only minutes that I overlooked his head, and a strong 500 Caliber bullet hit his head from the weapons of the Crusader army and killed him.
Most of his head flew and left his brain out, I turned him on his back then as he looks to the sky biting on his tongue his soul came out, and his eyes opened and mouth closed turning directly to an egg-yolk color then to whiteness and God is my witness. He got martyred Praise be to Allaah, going forward not turning back.
He led us as the Imaam for Fajr and recited in the first rak'ah "Think not of those who were killed ..."
And in the second rak'ah he recites verses from The Row .. {Surat as-Saf} "O ye who believe Shall I show you a commerce that will save you from a painful punishment ...".
He memorized the Book of Allaah, studied the Qur'aan in Pakistan, Afghanistan and in his country Lebanon. I have been his student since fifteen years ago, since I was young he was teaching me Qur'aan. He participated in the Afghan Jihad against the Russians, he met with Sheikh Mujaahid Abdullah Azzam -may Allah accept him- and sat with him twice. And he participated in the Jihaad against the Syrians in Lebanon when they entered into Lebanese territory.
He would enjoin the Good and forbid the Evil, performer of Qiyaam ul Lail, observing many fast and gave many charity Allah have mercy on his soul.
The last Sermon (the Khutbah) which he gave was a speech in supporting the brothers who were killed in the 'Tal Kalakh ambush' and was attacking the intelligence system and often called to be a Shaheed like Hamza -may Allah be pleased with him- for saying the right word in the face of a Tyrant ruler. His cherished desire was martyrdom for the sake of Allaah and to see His face Subhanahu wa ta 'aala.
His funeral was of more than ten thousand men. Men and Women cried over him and he was killed around ten days ago during the day Sunday, 8/12/2012, at seven and a half in the morning. [End quote of witness of the martyrdom of the Shaikh].
Thus are the end of the Truthful, Allaah informing them of their destination and they achieve their aspirations
We ask Allaah to make our brother and our Beloved Sheikh Muhibb Ru'yat Al-Rahmaan from amongst those. And we bear witness before Allah that we what we have seen and what we heard from him is nothing but good. And indeed yes, He was a mentor to us his our brothers wherever he trekked and journeyed, and an appointed blessing for his brothers Defending his religion in all the forums and Jihad Networks.
We ask Allaah to accept him among the martyrs and to bless him to see His benevolent face, indeed He is able to do that and He is worthy of answering Duaa. None is more mesmerizing than Him, may He not deny us from His reward and bless us with sincerity and steadfastness until we meet our Lord as His servant met Him. "Muhibb Ru'yat Al-Rahmaan" (Loving to see Al-Rahmaan) Muqbirun Ghayra Mudbirr (Accepted and not rejected) an defending for his religion.
Allahuma we have conveyed, O Allaah witness. Allahuma we have conveyed, O Allaah witness. Allahuma we have conveyed, O Allaah witness. "Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds for His bounty and blessings".
