By the will of Allaah Shaykh Abu Qatadah has won his case. Judges have ruled that Scholar Abu Qatada cannot be extradited from the UK to Jordan. His appeal against deportation was backed by the Special Immigration Appeals Commission. The influential Scholar was once described by a judge as Sheik Osama bin Laden's (rahimullah) right-hand man in Europe.
