The Serbsky Center is a hospital which got a lot of negative publicity because many Russian dissidents were incarcerated and tortured there till now. The institute is named after Russian psychiatrist Vladimir Serbsky.
Prisoners are manipulated to believe that they can survive eleven days of hunger and thirst strike, although it is deadly in three days. In Belgium it is even more simple. The authorities pushes the political prisoners to euthanasia. This is now known as the 'De Clerck pill', named after the former minister of Justice, which is offered to provoke a fatal heart attack.
It is the perfect murder because it is legal.
Bruges is famous around the world because it is an historic city. But what the tourists don't know is that the prison of the city has two floor medical center offering a unique regime. One floor is for sick prisoners. The other is the death corridor for dangerous Bloggers, political activists amongst others. Marcel Vervloesem is a children's rights activist who had to be silenced on KGB blackmail files. He was deprived of life saving treatments (cancer, diabetes, heart and kidney disorders) and incited to suicide. A source spoke on condition of anonymity and has mistakenly seen patients in the most heavily guarded department. The source has sometimes nightmares. The prisoners, all toothless, looked like zombies, malnourished and can barely stand on their own two feet.
The special 'security department' of the prison is known as the torture center for prisoners in good health. Commander Arbi Zarmaev was almost beaten to death several times by the guards of the unit. When he asked them why they did this in the middle of the night, they answered it was their job. EU law requests that the opening of a cell at night can only be done under the supervision of the director of the prison in the presence of six guards. In the secret unit of the prison of Hasselt he was left without water and food for four long days although it is deadly after three days. These prison regimes are based on the Serbsky researches to achieve democratic murders. We talk a lot about human rights violations in Russia but not about what is happening here. This is EU democracy and freedom to die!
Former Prime Minister of Chechnya, Akhmed Zakayev has testified in writing that commandant Arbi Zarmaev is facing the greatest dangers. He is a direct threat to Putin and his generals. He can prove the coordination of the genocide against men, women and children by orders of the Kremlin. That's why he asked political asylum in Belgium. But Belgium has withdrawn his political asylum at the request of Putin. All the decisions are dictated by the Kremlin in the Zarmaev files. Putin treats his file personally. Thats's why he met with the Belgian prison system à la Serbsky. I only met Zarmaev once and he was extremely kind to me.
