The Tawaghiet of the Criminal Court of Hasselt released yesterday the 24-year-old man accused of attempted murder, Davy S. from Houthalen-Helchteren. He was simply released from prison in Hasselt. This is man made justice. The man made decision was notified and there is no appeal. There was no longer any justification to keep the shooter longer in jail and so he was released. This should not have happened. The victim and her family were contacted and informed immediately by journalists. Measures have been taken to ensure the safety of the victim. Davy S. shot on July 23, his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend Didi Swiers down with two bullets in her face. Afterwards he kept himself hidden near the recreation area in Hengelhoef. A special police unit, could eventually arrest the man. The victim is still in hospital fighting for her life while the man is free to go where he wants. In the meantime our noble Brother Fouad Belkacem alias Abu Imran is in jail since June 2012 because he said his Lord is none but Allah. He's public enemy number one. Although, he didn't even hurt a fly. It is worth mentioning that Alexander V.E. who was also accused of attempted murder on the security agent of the public transport STIB, Iliaz Tahira, where he worked for 29 years, is also free under strict conditions. The media considers him 'a nice boy'. We consider his deeds to be those of a murderer but apparently not for the evil media and the Tawaghiet.
