Communist Russia is suspected of price manipulation, the Kremlin counter attacks

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

War criminal and President Vladimir Putin decided to protect the 'strategic' State Russian company Gazprom and puts it under the control and protection of the Kremlin while Gazprom is under antimonopoly investigation by the European Commission. Russian energy giant Gazprom was the most profitable company in the world in 2011, with its $45 billion profit.
It is no secret that Putin has both hands in Gazprom and grabs plenty of its profits away to offshore bank accounts in Switzerland, Bermuda, the Bahamas and the Caymans. Nobody may report his wealth and they keep matters private and keep others from learning his affairs but by the will of Allah, he will be exposed one day.

Under this decree, the freedom of expression and the freedom of press based on intel about the activities of these companies is subject to the approval of ... the Kremlin when a department of Justice or any media outlet of foreign countries, international organizations or nations wants to open their mouths. The decree also allows the modification of agreements with foreign partners and all other documents relating to trade with foreign countries. The rates may therefore  increase thanks to a so called contract clause which is included in the decree.
It is also worth mentionning that Moscow will now account for more than 40 percent of global energy consumption. Allah's willing of course. ... Oil, gas and coal continue to be the most widely used fuels and they have to meet the scale needed. So Putin's Gazprom wants a very good price for it.
The decree of the Russian Communist State further authorises and protects any transfer of shares held by Russian firms in foreign companies, rights in business abroad or property abroad. The Russian government can always refuse to agree to measures if they are likely to hurt the economic interests of Putin's Russian Federation. This decree is published as the European Commission announced last week it had opened a formal investigation against Gazprom. Communist Russia is suspected of  three suspected anti-competitive pratices and price manipulation by linking the price of gas to oil prices in several countries of Central and Eastern Europe which are highly dependent on gas supplies.

The Kremlin would do with it needs and threatens to turn off the gas this winter if their expectations are not met.

This is already called a KGB-style operation according to some insiders.
