TATARSTAN MUJAHIDEEN STATEMENT

Assalamu 'alaikum brothers and sisters. I am Muhammad, the Military Amir of Tatarstan. I want to make a statement. We are, the mujahideen of Tatarstan, have pledged bay'at to Dokka Abu 'Uthman (Amir of Caucasus Emirate) in 2007 year. Today, it is 2012 year, and we want to renew our bay'at. We are, the mujahideen of Tatarstan, pledging our bay'at, our allegiance to Dokka Abu 'Uthman. We are swearing to obey all his orders, which are according to Qur'an and Sunnah.
