Statement from the Mujahideen Command of Wilayah Ghalghaycho
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Who created us Muslims and favored us with Jihad on His way. We worship Him and we ask Him for forgiveness.
Peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and all those who followed him on the straight path until the Day of Judgment.
And then:
On April 28, 2012, at about 10:30 AM, the Mujahideen belonging to a Special Operations Group from the Malgobek sector, successfully carried out a special operation with the help of Allah, glorified and exalted be He, to destroy the enemies of Allah, in the town of Malgobek, Wilayah Ghalghaycho.
After having determined the route of the armored police 'UAZ', the composition of its crew and other details [necessary] to the operation, the Mujahideen decided to set an explosive device near the gas station. After having waited the moment when the armored 'UAZ' was being refuelled - it was safer for the Wilayah's peaceful residents - the Mujahideen triggered a "stealthy" IED.
As a result of the explosion, two bitter enemies of Allah were killed on the spot:
The police chief for the Malgobek district, Mikail Kureyshevich Tsokiev.
The district police officer, Adam Kartoev.
The district police officer Imran Saynaroev has been hospitalized in critical condition.
Since 2007, Mikail Tsokiev was directly or indirectly involved in all abductions of Muslims in Wilayah Ghalghaycho's Malgobek district. Also, according to accurate information, he twice participated in extra-judicial execution of Muslims. A large number of Muslims were tortured and abused on Tsokiev's order. The fate of some of them captured Muslims is unknown to this day.
Despite his young age, Mikail Tsokiev had become the cause of grief and suffering to many Muslims, many tears of parents, sisters and wives of Muslims were shed by his fault. He did all this, in order to gain favor with his hierarchy and obtain the satisfaction of Iblis. Insha'Allah, he has been punished for all the acts he committed against Allah and His religion.
Allah said: "Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak." (Surat An-Nisa : 76).
We also want to remind all the residents of the Wilayah, especially the employees of the kufr-enforcement structures, and those who help them in their struggle against the Muslims, that we are actively working to identify the "informers", [and that] we are conducting investigations to solve the crimes committed by the apostates in Wilayah Ghalghaycho's territory. We know the names of many criminals who murdered Muslims and committed other serious crimes. In particular, we have established the names of the enemies of Allah, who personally participated in the murder of the brothers Said-Magomed and Abd al-Malik Galaev, who were brutally murdered in their house in the village of Sagopshi, in September 2007.
Insha'Allah, these apostates will be eliminated.
Allah said: "And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah , the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah , over all things, is Witness. Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire. Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment!" (Surat Al-Buruj : 8-11).
And he also said: "Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts of a believing people and remove the fury in the believers' hearts. And Allah turns in forgiveness to whom He wills; and Allah is Knowing and Wise." (Surat At-Tawbah : 14-15).
